If I run:
 CONCURRENCY_LEVEL=2 fakeroot make-kpkg --initrd --append-to-version=-custom kernel_image kernel_headers

It seems to want to create all kernels, generic, server, virtual and not just my custom one. It also seems to have a problem with the config file. Non of the settings I did for my custom kernel are set.</description>
