Update WordPress Plugin: AVH Amazon 2.3

A new release of the WordPress plugin AVH Amazon has been released today.
The ability to call the widget for non-widget themes has been improved.

The changes made in this release:

• RFC: When calling the widget directly the array parameter can hold the widget options.
• Updated WDSL
• With WordPress 2.7, when deleting the plugin it will clean up the database, removing the entries related the plugin.
• Source code improvements.
