Update WordPress Plugin: AVH Amazon 2.4

I am very excited to be announcing a brand new, improved version of my AVH Amazon plugin for WordPress.

The changes for this release:

• Speed improvements.
• Increased security.
• Reduced memory footprint.
• RFC: Ability to select picture size in the short code
• Bugfix: Shortcode URL’s for items not in a wishlist were wrong.
• Several other small bugs are fixed.
