Well now you can. I have released a new plugin for WordPress, it’s called AVH Themed By Browser.
What can this plugin do?
You can set a correlation between the browser the visitor uses and the theme WordPress will use for this browser. Whenever that particular browser is detected WordPress will change the theme on the fly.
