Somebody reported receiving emails in his/her gmail account even when the mailq on the server was empty, apparently gmail has a mechanism to stop bulk emails. Set the following options so the 3rd party settings page:
Stop Forum Spam Box
Email Threshold => -1

Honey Pot Project
Email score threshold => -1

You could still receive emails because they are in the mailq of your server. Somebody reported receiving emails in his/her gmail account even when the mailq on the server was empty, apparently gmail has a mechanism to stop bulk emails.
