A new main release of GIT has been released.
I have build the version for Ubuntu Intrepid and it’s available in my repository. If you already added my repository you will be notified about the update, if you haven’t added it, it’s time to do so.

This morning when I wanted to upgrade my own machine, I ran into a small problem. It turns out Launchpad has signed my repository and in order to upgrade you’ll need to add the key to the trusted apt key list. Today I decided to make these packages available to the public by using the Launchpad PPA repository.
